In 1950 the OBLAK brothers set up their workshop in San Justo, to the West of the province of Buenos Aires. Coming from Slovenia, a country with most of its territory covered by forests, the young immigrants choose to manufacture wooden doors and windows. Their decision quickly has good results. Their sound knowledge of the raw material allows them to offer high-quality doors and windows and lays the foundations for the company's steady growth. Today, the results are here to be seen. The OBLAK brothers' small workshop turned into a leading company, and its products, manufactured at present with the highest technology, are a proud component of local industry.
We strive every day to manufacture the most complete line of doors and windows. A quick look at our catalogue is enough to understand that we take this challenge in earnest. We are deeply committed to the needs of our market. If a customer requires a product, OBLAK has to make it available.
Quality is manufacturing with the highest technology and state of the art materials. Quality is qualified workmanship and ongoing training programs. Quality is obsessive control of each stage of the process. Quality is to push beyond and feel at the close of each day that better is still possible.
An installed capacity of more than 500,000 units per year. A workforce made up of 300 people. A covered area of 42,000 m2 on a 180,000 m2 plot. Each of our manufacturing processes is carried out under strict rules to protect the environment. Our machines work under European standards and all the wood we use comes from forest plantations. We strive to offer the best doors and windows in the market. Open to a better world.
We deliver directly or through a wide distribution network; our doors and windows can be purchased throughout Argentina and several countries in the continent.
The vision of future that underlies the founding of our company is as clear today as it was on day number one and continues to be our guide. We like challenge. We are motivated by evolution. We are inspired by the idea that is it always possible to walk a step further into the future. We are proud of our history but are aware that the best is still to come.
